Unspoken, 10.22.10 - 07.07.11

Unspoken 10.22.10 - 07.07.11 is an archive of thoughts left unsaid during the period of verbal isolation following my relocation from New York to Italy. Written by hand, folded, and sealed with wire, the notes are placed but not affixed within a small wooden shelf, suspended in the space between artist and viewer like an image of isolation: thoughts composed, but never received.
Winner of the 2011 GAEM (Giovani Artisti e Mosaico) Prize for experimental mosaic.
