2015, Marble, glass, gold, cement, and plexiglass, 30 x 29 in
A series of geometric mosaics that explore the relationship between technology and individual, chance and decision. The composition of each mosaic is determined by careful manipulation of a corrupted image file, then translated into mosaic. Geometric elements are repeated, yet never identical, due to the slight, inevitable differences caused by the hand of the artist and the particularities of the marble.
